Founded by Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy in 2013, the Deep Living Institute (DLI), with its experienced team of facilitators, coaches, and teachers, offers a radically compassionate approach to exploring and accepting your human experience and recovering your true nature.
Grounded in wisdom traditions, utilizing contemporary neuro-biological understandings, and rooted in presence, DLI offerings include the Enneagram and EnneaCrossings™ through live and virtual courses and international retreats.
Live and virtual Deep Living Circles provide a breadth of support for your transformational journey, along with a community of trusted fellow travelers from whom to learn, experience, and practice integrating inner shifts.
In addition to their individual areas of expertise and experience, members of the DLI team include graduates of the Deep Coaching Institute’s ten-month Coach Training Certification Program who have been studying and working with Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy for years, integrating the principles of Deep Living into their professional and personal lives.

Deep Coaching Institute

The Deep Coaching Institute (DCI), founded in 2007 by Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy, is an advanced coach training school for human development professionals who want to integrate the art, science, and spiritual consciousness of the Enneagram into their professional and personal lives. DCI’s core offering is a ten-month Coach Training Certification Program approved by the International Coach Federation and accredited by the International Enneagram Association. The program, tailored to executive coaches, learning and organizational development professionals, corporate leaders, spiritual directors, and life coaches, applies DCI’s Enneagram-based approach to the practice of presence to promote more expansive states of being, thinking, and behaving. The core program includes both live retreats and virtual courses with highly experienced faculty and mentor support.
