Dear Friends,
Recent reviews sharing the impact of The Four Sacred Portals-such as the one below–send a wave of energy up my spine, and tears of gratitude down my cheeks.
“ ….this offering has caused me to look with more honesty about conditionings I may even have been hiding from myself…..I have felt a renewal of my authentic original connection to the person my soul is inviting me to be. I am sensing a new possibility for my path forward in life on planet Earth. S. Swift
As this new year begins, I find myself pausing with a few questions—and I want to share them with you.
I wonder:
How are you meeting the threshold into this new portal of possibility?
What are you envisioning for yourself—and for the world?
What sensations, images, words, feelings, or yearnings are arising for you?
Before responding from thought alone, I invite you to join me in taking a couple of deep breaths…
Feel the movement of your breath as it arrives and leaves.
Gently bring your attention inward—beneath the familiar thoughts, emotions, and habitual doing.
If it feels safe, give yourself some space to be with your direct, felt experience.
You might deepen your sense of grounding by sensing your connection with the earth beneath you.
Let yourself be here.
Anchoring into our grounded self creates a foundation for envisioning what is not yet visible—drawing from more of who we are than ideas alone. As we include more of ourselves, new possibilities begin to take shape.
You might also bring attention to your heart space, perhaps resting your hand or fingertips at the center of your chest.
Notice how your heart responds to these questions:
What do you envision for yourself and for the world?
What truly matters to you?
Slowing down—pausing—and gently dropping beneath our usual ways of being, we begin to reconnect with deeper layers of ourselves. We touch a quieter knowing. We sense a more tender, available heart. Our minds soften and widen. From these more spacious inner states, attending to what truly matters becomes less effortful and more a natural orientation toward living with clarity, care, and integrity.
While this work is deeply personal, it is never only personal. It shapes how we show up with others, how we respond to what meets us, and how we participate in the unfolding collective story we are all part of.
I’m grateful to be in this shared field with you as we live into a new year—each of us listening inwardly, choosing with care, and staying open to what is possible.
With gratitude and love,
Roxanne
